  • Are the stickers waterproof?
    • Our stickers are not only waterproof, it is also UV-resistant! The stickers are vinyl laminate and have a glossy finish. It’s the best long-lasting quality you can ask for! (Check out our TikTok for a car-wash test!)

  • Do you take commissions?
    • Not at the moment, sorry! Thank you for the consideration if so <3

  • Out of Stock Items
    • Unless stated otherwise, all of our items are in stock. We tend to restock within 2-4 weeks if sold out.

  • If we do not have it uploaded on Instagram or on the site, they are most likely archived/deleted and not in stock anymore.

  • Expected Delivery
    • We package and ship your order within 1-3 days. Then, it takes USPS 1-5 business days to deliver your item! Depending on the location and USPS availability, please wait 1-3 weeks for it to arrive by the time we ship it out (International may take 4-8 weeks). We always send proof of our shipment.

  • We are based in California for reference. For our US customers, they usually send proof in a week after we ship it out. For International customers, they usually take longer.
    • Canada/France: roughly a little more than a week (fastest)

  • How can I track my order?
    • All regional orders over $35 will be provided with free shipping and tracking.

    • All international orders over $95 will be provided with free shipping and tracking.
      • I'm unable to provide an option for free shipping at the moment for international but please send us a message if you're interested in doing so! We can reply back about the order request and the following payment.

    • Stickers and Air Fresheners are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. This means there is NO tracking and it takes longer than USPS First Class Packages!

    • If you want to add tracking for an additional fee, you will receive the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

    • Please allow time for the order to be processed by the USPS office before you receive a notification on the tracking.

  • My package hasn’t arrived! // My package says delivered but it hasn’t arrived yet!
    • Nooo! This makes us just as sad. Unfortunately, once your items are sent out and shipped, it is beyond our control. We are not liable for lost packages once they get shipped and scanned by USPS. Please notify USPS or your local post office about the situation.

  • What are your refund policies?
    • No refunds/exchanges once your items have been shipped out.
